Since the introduction of Planning, Preparation and Assessment time (PPA) for teachers in 2005, SCL has been supporting over 20 primary schools by delivering National Curriculum PE programmes to help cover the extra staffing demands placed on them.
SCL also provide schools with a folder which includes:
- Scheme of work tailored for each school year from Reception to Year Six
- Lesson plans with definitive learning outcomes
- Wet weather classroom activities - promoting healthy living
- Individual pupil assessment sheets that include marks for attainment level, learning objectives and outcomes, effort and behaviour
